Council
The IMMF Council is composed of one person nominated by each of the full member-organisations of the IMMF to act as their representative. The Council meets throughout the year to review the operations of the organisation and set its priorities and agree the budget of the organisation.
Executive Officers
The IMMF has the following officers which represent the organisation and guide its actions in implementing the agenda of the organisation as decided by the IMMF General Assembly and IMMF Council:

Director of Copyright and Related Rights: David Stopps
Director of Communications: Stephen Bond Garvan

Secretariat
The IMMF Secretariat is the staff of the organisation and provides administrative support to the organisation as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the IMMF. The Secretariat is headed by an Executive Director, who is selected or re-selected annually. The current Executive Director is Jake Beaumont-Nesbitt. Other officers include David Stopps (Copyright and Related Rights) and Stephen Bond Garvan (Press and Communications).
